Caring Hands Autism Center is a trusted behavioral health care provider in Minnesota. We offer a wide range of holistic and family-centered services designed to help children, teenagers, and young adults with ASD and their families manage social interactions and situations more easily. We serve clients aged 18 months to 21 years old.
Founded in January 2022 and led by three co-owners, our center is staffed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Qualified Supervising Professionals (QSPs), and trained Level I and Level II EIDBI providers.

Najma M. Jama
Founding member of Caring Hands Autism Center. Najma has a background in business and public administration, and brings strong leadership and community engagement experience to the organization.
Mohamed A. Moalin-Aden
Mohamed holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and brings over 20 years of experience in social services and healthcare management. He also founded the Good Governance and Peace Advocacy Research Center.
Abdirahman Abdullahi
Abdirahman holds a Bachelor's degree in Physiology and a Master's degree in Data Science. He has hands-on direct care experience as a Level I EIDBI provider and oversees the day-to-day operational systems of the center.
Our clinical team includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Qualified Supervising Professionals (QSPs), and trained Level I and Level II EIDBI providers.

Every client receives a comprehensive, goals-based treatment plan developed and overseen by a QSP or BCBA, tailored to the child's unique profile.
Observation & Direction (O&D)
A clinical supervision model where QSPs and senior providers actively observe and guide front-line staff to maintain treatment fidelity and quality.
Parent & caregiver training
We actively involve parents and caregivers in treatment, providing training and coaching so families can support their child's progress at home.
Coordinated care conferences
We coordinate with schools, waiver programs, and medical teams to ensure a cohesive support network around each child.
